What is my role?
In my current role, I collaborate closely with the leadership team to continuously review and advise on the ‘Go to Market Strategy.’ My responsibilities involve not only strategic oversight but also adopting a direct sales approach to support and enhance the efforts of the existing sales team. Additionally, I focus on product acquisition, working with Diagenics to ensure the long-term success of our portfolio. My efforts aim to drive market growth, optimise sales processes, and secure valuable additions to our product line.

What is my role?
Working directly for the EU commercial director, this is a longer-term consultancy project to establish their new IVD system the Noveos – Flex within the UK market.
My responsibilities – I currently support and advise the company on direct customer networking and market development. This includes UK business strategy planning, scientific affairs, content writing, site evaluations, sales and other direct promotion.

What was my role?
In this project, I advised the leadership team on the current market strategy and communication plans for BV NEXUS. BV NEXUS is a new cloud-based middleware solution that allows laboratory end-users to remotely connect with analytical laboratory instrumentation. My responsibilities – this included gathering customer insights from various stakeholders and advising on the short-term market strategy and communication messaging. This ensured that the product’s launch and market entry will be aligned with customer needs and expectations.
