What is my role?

Working directly with the European Commercial Director, this longer-term consultancy engagement supports the introduction of the NOVEOS-Flex immunology diagnostic system within the UK market.

The role includes laboratory engagement, market development and strategic advisory across commercial strategy, scientific affairs, site evaluations and direct customer engagement.

What was my role?

Supported the leadership team in reviewing and refining the go-to-market strategy for diagnostic and immunotherapy products within the UK healthcare market, combining strategic advisory support with commercial engagement and portfolio evaluation.

The engagement included gathering laboratory stakeholder insights and supporting the development of market positioning and launch messaging.
